It's not checking its grammar.

I read an official banner of San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite the other day.

"San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite proudly congratulates it's graduates who passed the Criminology Board Exams."

That or something to that effect. I underlined the grammatical error. Oh my goodness, it's simple grammar. How could the College humiliate its name like that? Hmm, they should've known better. Really, people, we're talking about educational institutions here. What a dumb mistake.

This really annoys me.
